Responsible for planning and establishing media channels for the university. Responsible for establishing effective communication channels between CityU and CityU (DG) to ensure the university's information is conveyed effectively. Responsible for establishing friendly relationships with domestic and foreign media. Responsible for maintaining close communication and cooperation with relevant government departments and stakeholders. Responsible for planning and arranging the work of the media communication department and reporting to the university leaders. Complete other tasks assigned by the university and leaders. Qualifications A Master's degree or above, with a preference for majors in journalism, media communication, and marketing. At least 15 years of senior management experience in media communication, with education or related industry experience preferred. Have good domestic and foreign media relationships. Have management experience in developing new businesses on the mainland. Ability to think strategically and plan, and maintain determination and motivation to achieve goals. Good communication and expression skills, excellent written and oral abilities in both Chinese and English. Outstanding leadership abilities, ability to formulate high-quality decisions, and integrity in handling affairs. This position requires an English interview and a written test.
