Breadcrumbs Breadcrumb Home / Head and Other Administrative Positions / IT Technical Support IT Technical Support Job Responsibilities 1.Provide software support for related courses, including taking charge of course software preparation and cooperating with the use and maintenance of course software. 2.Provide IT and technology support, such as for computers, projectors, and educational software. 3.Assist with administrative tasks related to teaching. 4.Provide general support to the teacher as needed. 5.Other tasks assigned by the course leader and the university. Qualifications 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related major. 2.Familiar with computer hardware and software; Good knowledge of course software, including but not limited to ADS, CST, COMSOL, ChatGPT, Matlab, GPU server, etc. 3.Clear logical thinking, strong language expression and learning ability. This position requires an English interview and a written test.
