Senior Manager/Manager/Assistant Manager/Supervisor of Students Development Office
Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for providing support to student clubs, sports teams, and societies.

2.Responsible for managing the student leaders and providing them with leadership training.

3.Responsible for organizing student sports and fitness activities.

4.Responsible for organizing student cultural and art activities.

5.Responsible for establishing the modules for the above functions and services in the University’s student life & resources system.

6.Complete other tasks assigned by the line managers.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 8-12 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a university student affairs and development.

2.Being a team player with excellent communication, and coordination skills.

3.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

4.Proficiency in office administration software (such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.

 

This position requires an English interview and a written test.
