Work with the academic units and relevant offices to establish, maintain and implement effective teaching and learning activities, including but not limited to curriculum and course management, execution of teaching plans, etc. Implement the teaching plan to ensure smooth academic progress. Responsible for arranging, publishing and maintaining the course schedules. Responsible for the registry of new students. Coordinate and schedule the examination timetables. Assist in organizing examinations. Assist in the academic affairs of the establishment of CityU (DG), and complete other tasks assigned by the supervisors. Qualifications Postgraduate degree or above. At least 8 years of working experience, and at least 3 years working in a higher education institution. Excellent in English and Chinese presentation and writing. Strong ability to integrate resources, manage projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Good communicator, team player, and problem solver with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. This position requires an English interview and a written test.
