Collaborate and participate in the creation, development, implementation, and evaluation of innovative circulation-related projects and services, identifying areas where services need improvement. Manage circulation and storage modules, familiar with relevant systems (such as Alma, LCC, Marc21), familiar with all circulation business and configure system parameters, research and test new functions, and recommend parameter changes to library technology staff. Arrange and organize various reader events every academic year. Directly supervise library student assistants, labor dispatch personnel, and have the ability to effectively recruit, train, and communicate. Excellent user service skills. Other duties assigned by the library. This position requires rotating shifts during evenings and weekends. Qualifications 8 years or more of work experience, including 5 years or more of academic or research library user service or other related department work experience. Understand the mission and functions of research-oriented libraries, as well as the information needs of academic users. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position requires an English interview and a written test.
