Terms of Reference

The Human Resource Committee is entrusted:

1.    to recommend to the Governing Board policies relating to the human resources management in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the University’s Articles of Association and Cooperative Education Agreement (CEA);

2.    to oversee the development of the University's Human Resources Strategy in relation to the approved Strategic Plan of the University;

3.    to recommend for the Governing Board’s approval of the annual salary review; 

4.    to approve appointment procedures and staff disciplinary procedures of the University; and

5.    to consider and handle any other human resources matters referred to the Committee by the Governing Board.
