It's in the vicinity of leading tech and research institutions such as Huawei, the Spallation Neutron Source, and the Songshan Lake Materials Laboratory. Within an average of one hour, one can reach major transportation hubs in the Greater Bay Area including airports, ports, and high-speed rail stations, as well as innovation centers in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong.
